Villa Colibri – Pre construction

Villa Colibri is a pre-construction model at one of the best residential communities on the north coast, Hispaniola.  This project began in 2006 and currently has 130 completed villas.  This is a very well managed project ran by a great developer.  Built time is approx. 10-12 months.  There are several plans to choose from and Hispaniola is an excellent custom builder too.  Please note that prices to not include the price of the lot.  Price of land is not included:  $55.00 USD/m2.
