The third level is the room with the ocean views, for family gatherings or a private office/den. It is the highest room in the house, also with impressive mountain views. The basement floor is like a full house below that includes a living room, kitchen, bedrooms and laundry area. A covered terrace includes the Spanish patio and a smaller room with a bathroom. Bronze details on floorings and bathrooms complement a rich set of features that make this a true connoisseur’s retreat.
