CASA SERENA, BEAUTIFUL ECO FRIENDLY 5 BEDROOMS HILLSIDE VILLA WITH INCREDIBLE OCEANVIEWS

Casa Serena is an incredible eco-friendly villa in the seaside town of Breton on the scenic and lush Dominican Republic North Coast. This private retreat boasts an perfectly manicured 2.5 acres tropical garden and panoramic ocean views. The villa is over 3,500 sq. ft. and the floor plan has every room with a sea view. There is also roof-top area with seating where you can enjoy cocktails, panoramic views, and tropical breezes. The open-air living area is protected by a traditional cana palm leaf roof. The living/dining area is the focal point of this incredible property and the lounge area with serving bar on one side and a dining area with formal dining. The media room holds a large flat screen TV, a hard disc filled with movies, an iPod cable linked to speakers surrounding the open living areas. There is also a lending library and some board games. Each of the five bedroom suites has an en suite bathroom, terrace and sea view; four with king beds and one with two full beds. All bedrooms have pillow-top beds with fine linens and duvets. The bathrooms have plush bath sheets, towels and washcloths. Everything is included with this villa except a few personal items. You can literally move right in and enjoy the villa on day 1. On the oceanside of the cana roof is a wrap around terrace and infinity swimming pool. The curved design of the pool is very unique and it overlooks a large lush, flowering garden along with many fruit trees and interesting tree specimens. On one end of the pool is a covered lounge area, and on the other, is a stairway to the roof which has multiple solar panels to make this an eco-friendly villa. The kitchen is made of polish cement making this a maintenance free kitchen, which includes all the necessary equipment needed. And, as mentioned before, the entertainment area-bar opens onto a large infinity lap swimming pool. This villa is just minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches on the island.
