Villa Caoba – Pre-construction

Villa Caoba is a pre-construction model at one of the best residential communities on the north coast, Hispaniola.  This project began in 2006 and currently has 130 completed villas.  This is a very well managed project ran by a great developer.  Built time is approx. 10 -12 months.  There are several plans to choose from and Hispaniola is an excellent custom builder too.  Price of land is not included:  $55.00 USD/m2.
